E-Commerce & Delivery Platform

MyStore

We built a complete multi-vendor marketplace from the ground up, connecting local stores with customers and delivery drivers through a seamless platform with real-time tracking, inventory management, and integrated payments.

The Challenge

Local stores struggled to compete with large delivery platforms that charge high commissions and don't serve smaller markets. There was no affordable, white-label solution that gave store owners control over their inventory, pricing, and customer relationships while also managing a fleet of delivery drivers.

Our Solution

We designed and engineered MyStore as a 3-sided marketplace: a customer app for browsing and ordering, a store dashboard for inventory and order management, and a driver app with optimized routing and real-time GPS tracking. All three platforms share a unified backend with instant push notifications.

Customer Experience

Browse nearby stores, view products with real-time availability, place orders with secure payments, and track deliveries live on a map, all from a native mobile app.

Store Management

Store owners manage inventory, accept or reject orders, set pricing and availability, view sales analytics, and receive instant notifications through a dedicated dashboard.

Driver Network

Delivery drivers receive job assignments, navigate with optimized routes, update delivery status in real-time, and track earnings with a flexible schedule that works around their availability.
