Contractor Management Platform
ElioCare
A unified platform where clients, vendors, and contractors all connect in one place. We built ElioCare with Flutter to replace the patchwork of spreadsheets, texts, and siloed tools that contractors rely on. We replaced all of that with a single intelligent system powered by AI and LiDAR.
The Challenge
Contractors were losing jobs to paperwork and chaos. Estimates lived in spreadsheets, invoices were sent manually, scheduling happened over text messages, and floor plans required expensive third-party tools. Clients had no visibility into project status. Vendors had no streamlined way to connect with contractors. Everything was fragmented across a dozen apps.
Our Solution
We designed and built ElioCare from scratch using Flutter for a single codebase across iOS, Android, and web. The platform unifies three user types: contractors managing operations, clients tracking and paying for work, and vendors supplying materials. All of them share one connected system with real-time updates, AI-powered automation, and LiDAR-based documentation.
Three Users, One Platform
Contractors
The primary users. Manage jobs, crews, estimates, invoices, floor plans, and scheduling from a single dashboard. AI drafts scope documents, LiDAR scans rooms in 60 seconds, and Stripe handles payments, all without leaving the app.
Clients
Homeowners and businesses receive estimates, approve work, track project progress, make payments online, and communicate with their contractor through a white-label client portal branded to the contractor's business.
Vendors
Material suppliers and subcontractors connect with contractors on the platform, streamlining purchase orders, supply coordination, and vendor management without the back-and-forth of calls and emails.

Discovery & Strategy
We interviewed contractors across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and remodeling to map their daily pain points. We prioritized features by revenue impact, starting with estimates and invoicing, then layering AI floor plans and LiDAR scanning.
Flutter Engineering
Built the entire platform in Flutter for a single codebase across iOS, Android, and web. Integrated Firebase for real-time data, Stripe for payments, Apple LiDAR SDK for room scanning, and custom AI models for automated floor plan generation.
Launch & Scale
Launched on App Store and Google Play with a freemium model (free tier for solo contractors, Pro at $49/mo, Business at $99/mo). 847+ contractors signed up, reporting 40% more jobs closed and 2x faster payment collection. Multi-language support in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
